This week, we finally get to see Deadpool and Wolverine, one of the most anticipated movies in MCU history. After a string of less-than-popular movies and TV series, fans were hoping this movie would take Marvel movies in a new direction. I have a good feeling about this movie and what happens next.
at this weekend Deadpool and Wolverine At a global press conference attended by CBM, Marvel president Kevin Feige talked about how the trilogy ushered in a new era of storytelling for the Marvel Universe.
“Every [MCU] Movies are important, and there’s nothing better than a great movie for the cinematic universe. before and after?
I think a lot of people talk about the R-rating and, ‘Is everyone [Marvel] Will this movie be rated R in the future? of course not. But I hope every movie after that embraces its tone the way Deadpool and this team did.
He went on to add:
“Also, ‘after’ obviously… now we have characters from the X-Men universe, mutants that we’ve never had to deal with before.
So, this is where it all starts, every [movie] After “Deadpool and Wolverine” will be the era of mutants in the Marvel Universe.
This was expected, but nice to hear it confirmed. We’ll be hearing more news this week as San Diego Comic-Con kicks off and Marvel returns to Hall H.
