Not that people needed another reason to love Keanu Reeves, but the actor once again won over fans when he paid tribute to his mother at San Diego Comic-Con.
He promoted his original comic series during a panel discussion held in the iconic Hall H BRZRKRNetflix is expanding it into planned animated series and feature films. Those on the panel included screenwriter Mattson Tomlin, who is writing the film and was announced as showrunner for the animated project during the event.
In addition to anticipated streaming projects, BRZRKR was adapted into a 353-page novel titled “The Book of Elsewhere” Available this month.
Co-written with the famous British writer China Miéville, the novel tells the story of an immortal assassin who travels through time and space in an effort to find his origins 80,000 years ago. in the first few pages “The Book of Elsewhere”the two authors dedicated this book to their mothers.

Reeves flipped through the book on stage, pausing to read the tribute he wrote at the beginning of the book: “To our mothers: for life, for storytelling, for love.” He received “Wow” from fans. ” and cheers of welcome.
During the Comic-Con event, the star was surprised with the SDCC’s Inkpot Award for his contributions to art and pop culture. One of the other notable moments from the panel was when Tomlin shared that he recently submitted his latest draft for Netflix BRZRKR feature.
