Caitlin Dever Played the role of Abby in “Abby” the last of us Season 2 and her partner Isabella Merced High praise for the actress and her performance in the series.
In an interview with Happy, Sad, Confused, Merced joked: “Honestly, give her a f**king Emmy. I’m so excited for people to see how good she is. [Ellie actor] bella [Ramsey] Caitlin did just that.
In the series, Abby is “a skilled soldier whose black-and-white worldview is challenged as she avenges those she loves.”
series co-creator Craig Messing and Neil Druckmanpreviously said of the casting: “Our casting process for Season 2 was the same as for Season 1: we looked for world-class actors who could embody the soul of the characters in the source material.
“Nothing is more important than talent, and we are excited to have a renowned performer like Caitlin join Pedro, Bella and the rest of our family.”
It sounds like Dever delivered exactly what the creative team asked of her. She’s a talented young actress and I’m excited to see what she brings to the series.
