Marvel Comics are taking back Jonathan Hickman and Valerio SchitiGods July 30, 2025exist God: A world under doom. Although I’m not sure someone asks them to return (please let me know what you think of OG God in the comments!), I’m glad to see what A world under misfortune Writer creative team Ruian North and artists Francesco Mortarino Will be processed with the characters introduced in the original series.
A delightful series, but confusing due to heck, the gods confuses our “miracle failure” critic, former contributor Cy Beltran The series is described perfectly, “I love this, although I can’t really tell you what happened to most of the problems. It looks great, the conversation is fun, but I’m lost.”
“Same,” answered George Carmona Third. “I love it, but if you put the gun on my head and ask what it is, I’ll die.”
More than a year later, I wonder if a series needs to make sense. And Hickman and Sitty’s god I was definitely impressed, and in my circle, it sparked some discussions about autonomy and morality (which I think is always a good discussion), but I also don’t want to be confused after the first question. Yes, there are some interesting and unresolved issues, yes; it’s totally obvious, I’m going to say about my jam.

One of the unsolved questions I have raised from the series is how the characters of the Gods fit into the magical framework that Marvel had previously existed, and how the story interacts with other Marvel heroes. “I even got lost,” I wrote at the time. “But I did notice the elder stuff, and I think the dream stuff might be related to the Marvel Magic that had been preexisting. Foreseeable, I don’t like the staff of the living courts that can write spells and rewrite reality in a row. I can already see where the storyline is against Wanda.” (For the context, here, I’m asked explicitly how it fits Marvel Magic, as an expert on Wanda and Doom. For years, don’t let me start visually representing Wanda’s magic, or…)
With Wanda in the comics so closely linked to the power of the destructionists, it’s interesting to see how magic is introduced god Will explore this playing. God: A world under doom Arrive at your local comic shop July 30, 2025.

Dr. Doom combines science and magic and takes over the world, which means Wyn – the only avatar of The Powers – The Be-Powers (Think: Magic God) – is interested in how this happens and how to stop it. His vowed apprentice Mia Dimaria is a female woman who is disillusioned by most magic, some science, and she is certainly all at work in Wyn’s job – and soon finds herself at the center of a crisis that could impact the planet for generations to come. Worst of all, Dr. Vict Von Doom believes Mia has potential – especially if she can get rid of Wynn’s control. Doom provides freedom, but all the gifts of doom come with costs…isn’t it? “I’m going to say that in the corner of the Marvel Universe he personally invented, Jonathan Hickman was definitely a fool after Jonathan Hickman, but the gods were fun and had the chance to see where Mia and Wyn were in their stories and how doom would intersect, it all would intersect with everyone – what you never saw before is that you never revealed it. godthis is a great way to get to know the characters, if you have – back.
