Universal Products & Experiences announced that it will promote Jo Pascoe as Senior Vice President of Consumer Products at APAC. In this new role, Pasco will oversee the Asia-Pacific and China region.
The newly appointed senior vice president will increase the company’s global business growth strategy when reporting directly to Rafael Macias, a global CPG business officer. In this role, Pascoe will lead and implement the creation and implementation of long-term strategies for the region managed by direct markets and agents throughout the region.
Pascoe has been a part of the team since the company acquired DreamWorks animation in 2016. Initially overseeing the licensing of the animation studio in Asia Pacific, Pascoe grew to become the national managing director of Australia and New Zealand. The former managing director has also driven the company’s expansion through an innovative campaign and becoming a leader in EMEA in 2024.
