Jenna Ortega catapulted to stardom with the projects she chose/was chosen for. From Disney and jurassic world Dubbed the hit Netflix series Wednesdayshe also starred in scream film series and will co-star in the highly anticipated sequel, Beetlejuice Beetlejuice.
She had several other projects coming up, but like any actor who “makes it” in Hollywood, Ortega’s audition didn’t go as she hoped.
One of the projects that escaped was directing Denis Villeneuveof dune. in a new BuzzFeed In the puppy interview, Ortega explained:
“I auditioned dune When I was about fifteen. I remember being just a huge fan of that movie and franchise and things like that, and being really excited about this interview because Dennis is one of my favorite filmmakers. I think it’s Charney. I thought it was Zendaya’s…but they didn’t say that. Everything is very secretive.
It makes sense that Ortega would compete Shandaya Role. But Ortega is six years younger than Zendaya, so it would make sense for the latter to get the role.
Plus, Ortega’s career is already off to a good start, with a solid path ahead of her.
