Marvel’s Star Wars comics are revisiting some unused content Jedi Counterattack Art for their upcoming Star Wars: Jedi Knight comic series. ATHA PRIME Straight out of the 1980s Kenner Toy line, this is a villain originally intended to be the main villain of their Star Wars toy line.
This new comic series comes straight from the brainchild of renowned screenwriters and comic book writers Marc Guggenheim and will exhibit products from Madibek Musabekov. The Star Wars: Jedi Knight #1 comic officially begins on March 5, and many hints about what’s to come have already been revealed throughout the Star Wars comic story.
“While developing this series, Mark discovered this deep cut – from Kenner’s unrealized counterpart The epic continues Toy Line,” editor Mark Paniccia This is explained in the press release. “We saw the original design and sold it immediately. What a cool character to be included in canon, and what a perfect book to make!
“I like the idea of the Jedi being the guardians of peace and justice in the galaxy,” Guggenheim told Polygon in a recent interview. “But it’s surprising how few examples there are – mostly because of the Jedi’s involvement in the Clone Wars. I’m as much of a Clone Wars fan as the next person, but I’m really eager to see Jedi The Knights do their thing on a non-war basis. That’s the great appeal of this new Jedi series: we actually get a chance to see what the Jedi were up to before the Clone Wars and their eventual downfall.
