James Wan is developing a new monster movie for Universal Pictures through his Atomic Monster Productions, which will be produced by Leah McKendrick.
McKendrick is best known as a writer, director and star fried. She recently wrote the screenplay for the upcoming film I know what you did last summer revival film and Jennifer Keating Robinson appended to the direct and Jennifer Love Hewitt and freddie prinze jr. Re-enact their role in the meeting.
As for this new horror movie project, what we know is that the story is based on folklore and will revolve around a mythical monster.
I love folklore-themed movies and it will be interesting to see what kind of story this movie ends up telling.
