The fastest way to unlock the Terry Bogard Outfit 2 is the quick and dirty method, using the Fighter Coins premium currency. Like other characters, unlocking the costume requires 50 Warrior Coinsand 10 color variations. The only way to accumulate these is to spend some real cash.
Unfortunately, there’s no way to purchase an exact quantity of the product, because of course there isn’t one. The cheapest option is to purchase the 250 Fighter Coin Bundle for $4.99. Afterwards head to the item shop and use some coins to buy new clothes. The remaining coins can be spent on secondary costumes for other characters if you wish. Now that you are already playing dress up.

Talk to her to complete the quest chain and receive the Fantasia Knight reward. Gift it to Terry and his relationship level will increase by 40 points.
If you need some other items to increase his bond level a little bit, there are quite a few items that can provide 2 points. The ones I’ve found effective include Double KO Gum, Fighter Magazine Special Issues, Prepaid Card, and Psycho Charge.
