26 years later, Vertigo closed in 2019. After celebrating its 25th anniversary Sandman Universe. Although the latter book lasted longer under the black label imprint, this line brought us height Missionary, Y: The Last Manand 100 bullets Closed.
In the last book of 2018/2019, there are some championship controversies. Especially a very reasonable one, but it feels like some books are trapped in the so-called cultural war, and many people want to encounter angry clicks. For me, most books match the genre that the Vertigo series has been published. Horror, crime, fantasy, science fiction, with a keen sense of social commentary.
Although the line has recently revitalized in 2024 Beautiful house by the sea, So far, no other announcements have been announced. Hopefully, something may be announced in San Diego this year. Meanwhile, I want to look back at some titles from the last batch.

With equal humor and feminist anger, we slowly see women gaining their own strength to face the captives. This is not a spoiler because we know these women are right to who they are from the very beginning. They discover who they are and how they deal with these men again, conquering their story. and cat. Of course there are cats.
Her own fans bell pepper and blue Mirka Adolfo’s artwork will find something different here. In this work, it is not that exaggerated, and the character shape and design are more natural. Some sequences have an interesting repetition that can enhance the notion that women are trapped in the cycle. Although we get some violence in the opening chapter, the simplified characters and costumes fit into the town’s medieval American atmosphere. Although Marissa Louise’s colors give a creepy feeling. The color choice, almost annoying light blue, yellow, red and green something that frustrates it. What’s wrong with the town and what’s unnatural. Solid lettering by Josh Reed.

Hexadecimal wife Blacker, Andolfo, Louise and Reed are an interesting spin Stepford Wives Formula, there are witches and a man’s organization that keeps them imprisoned. While it feels painful for women to “protect” society from witch power, she feels satisfied when they seize autonomy, authority and control of their own.
Obviously, there is more to this story. There are more witches out there to be free. More revelations about what they do across time. The sisters of the wolf mother, whether they are still alive or something else is happening. It’s a pity that we can never see these stories again.
