Helldivers 2 developer Arrwhead has revealed the next Warbond to appear in the game. It’s called Chem, and it lives up to its name, letting you douse enemies with horrific gases and unleash some similarly noxious fumes on your teammates via the fart emote.
The news for Warbond comes as the studio prepares to deploy patch 01.001.007 on September 17th, which so far appears to bring a ton of buffs in an attempt to get the gaming community back on their game after recent criticism. The pleasure zone is overly weakened. Hopefully the follow-up to Liberty Flames War Bonds will pass the same smell test.

As outlined in a PS Blog post, Chemist will launch on September 19th and offers a range of gear themed around the gear you might use if you were trying to wipe out with everything you have left. A whole galaxy of bacteria lives in the cupboard under the kitchen sink.
There are two new strategies – the TX-41 Sterilizer and the AX/TX-13 “Watchdog” Dog Breather. The former is a “high-pressure sprayer” that sprays poisonous gas at enemies, while the latter appears to be an automated sprayer attached to a drone that flies around and sprays you with a handheld herbicide dispenser, possibly Anything missed sprays corrosive gas.
This is a bit different from how previous Warbonds have handled adding offensive gear, with Arrowhead writing: “Adding strategic variants in Warbonds is new to chems, but our designers feel that since gas is a form of crowd control tool, so releasing the gas makes more sense strategically and lets Helldivers choose their favorite primary weapon. Not only that, but this also brings some changes to the chemistries that we hope players will enjoy.
There are also some useful utility weapons, such as the P-11 Stim Pistol, which heals allies from a distance, and the G4 Gas Grenade, which I guess does exactly what you’d expect. In terms of armor, the AF-50 Noxious Ranger and AF-02 Haz-Master provide light and medium protection respectively, and provide effective immunity to toxic gases through new advanced filtering passive devices.

The final part of the Warbond is the usual banner, cape and new paint colors, as well as the fart emoticon. Yes, you read that right, the natural gas Warbond comes with the “Gas Extraction” emote, where you’ll see one of your teammates tugging on your finger. They can also use a victory gesture to express their disgust at your nonsense. video games.
In addition to this, in the patch notes for the September 17 update released today, Arrowhead confirmed that after the update, the Breaker will have “an extended magazine that can hold 16 rounds, and the stagger force is increased from 10 to 15.”
