We are less than a week away from the opening of the San Diego Comic-Con International (SDCC) San Diego Convention Center. Hasbro is planning a massive expo, including a huge booth, multiple panels, activities, and exclusive products.
This year’s booth was designed by Tom Whalen and even included a second story designed for live interviews. The booth includes an immersive Hasbro Pulse space featuring characters, photo shoots and more; a Hasbro Pulse Toy Store, which will showcase all of the company’s exclusive products and other popular collectibles; and an experience area, including the Robosen transformation Kong robot demonstrations, early access to upcoming toys, design your own G.I. Joe profile card, and more; plus fan streaming workshops hosted by toy hunterJordan Hembrough, which will feature interviews with Hasbro legends. Arcade1Up will also be showcasing the Marvel vs Capcom 2 X-Men ’97 Edition deluxe arcade machine and Infinity game board.

Hasbro is showing off four exclusive products at SDCC this year. Special Forces Classified Series 130 Cobra Commander (who was once a man) was inspired by the character’s mutated appearance G.I. Joe: The Movie And comes with a host of accessories, including spare hands and head, weapons, backpack, and Cobra Commander’s original snake form. Death’s Head is joining the Marvel Legends line, with the character coming with six accessories and a retro collectible card. Star Wars: The Black Series collectors must purchase the Darth Maul and Sith Speed figure set, which also comes with the spy droid, Maul’s iconic lightsaber and other accessories. Hasbro is launching the Transformers Legends United Voyager Class Broken Friendship 2-pack to round out its SDCC exclusives, which include Orion Pax and Megatron, both of whom are fully transformable and come with weapons and other accessories.
To purchase exclusive Hasbro products for this year’s show, fans must register for a time slot in the Hasbro Pulse Toy Store through the exclusive San Diego Comic-Con portal. If fans are unable to grab the collectible at the show, limited-edition collectibles will be available for purchase after the show at hasbropulse.com.
Hasbro and its brands will also be featured on numerous panels throughout the event. On Thursday, July 25, Paramount Animation and Hasbro will host a panel discussion and exclusive film showcase in Hall H, Transformers One Starring Chris Hemsworth, Brian Tyree Henry, Keegan McCoy and others. Later in the day, Hasbro’s GI Joe development team will be on hand to announce new Classified Series HasLab projects, more product news, pre-order releases, and more.
On Friday, July 26, Hasbro will host a panel on Marvel Legends, Transformers and Star Wars, including Q&A, upcoming products and more. The Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Across the Morphin Grid panel will cover the ending of Boom! Studio’s Power Rangers universe, including early access to the final installments of the saga and starring Melissa Flores, writer of the Darkest Hour event; Ryan Parrott, Power Rangers Writing the Legend; Amy Jo Johnson, the original Pink Ranger; and Walter Jones, the original Black Ranger. The “Transformers and G.I. Joe: The Power Universe Is Here” panel will provide a comprehensive introduction to the “Transformers”, “G.I. On Saturday, July 27, Wizards of the Coast will celebrate the 50th anniversary of Dungeons & Dragons with a panel of toy industry experts who discuss how Dungeons & Dragons has recently stayed relevant in pop culture through new editions and book releases. leading position. Outside the convention center, Hasbro will host two pop-up events for fans who need a break from the hustle and bustle of the show.
