Harley Quinn: Folie à Deux
A new movie in the Joker series will be released in October this year called “Joker: Folie á Deux”. The novelty of the film is that it’s actually a musical, starring singer Lady Gaga as Harley Quinn.
Playing Harley Quinn in this movie starts with makeup. Her makeup was done with black eyeshadow or black cream, smudged around the eyes to create a clown look. For the lips, she wore a cool red lipstick that you can also apply around the edges with your fingers. Clothing-wise, wearing a black coat is a more relaxed, low-effort style, or you could wear her red blazer. Red blazer, based on a ruffled/ruffled red blazer. Cut the sleeves to just above the elbow, leaving an extra 1/2 inch or more to turn under and join the pleated pleat fabric, which is two pieces of two different lengths. If you want a diamond/diamond pattern, sew or glue a similar shape using red piping or cording. Take it a step further and add a slight distressing effect to the edges and some of the pipes with thinned paint and/or sandpaper.
For the top, use a muslin or cream corset-style top as your base. Using black fabric paint, paint over the diamond pattern (tip: use pencil and tape or paper cutouts as templates to keep edges clean). To mimic the pointed shape of the bottom of the corset, tape the muslin fabric underneath and fold it into pleats similar to the one in the photo. Lay the fabric flat on the ground and sand the edges to create a raw edge.
Complete the look with a black leather miniskirt, black argyle tights and black shoes.
