Kennan told The Direct: “Jason [Reitman]… We take our responsibility and joy of being the Keepers of the Ghostbusters Flame very seriously… We will absolutely continue the conversation of telling the big story of Ghostbusters on the big screen.” Please stay tuned. Although in the end Ghostbusters The movie is not the best, I would like to see more Ghostbusters Movies on the big screen. I just hope Reitman and Kennan learn from their past mistakes. Fans are just looking for a strong and entertaining story.
As of now, there is a new Ghostbusters The animated series is coming to Netflix and will be produced by Reitman and Kenan. There is also an animated film in the works.
Kennan has previously spoken about some of his thoughts on the sequel, saying: “I’m a voracious fan. I want more and more. Ghostbusters Fans, I’d love it if these stories could branch out in all directions.
“I’m glad we’re back in New York City, but I wouldn’t mind seeing something that really goes to other parts of the world. I do feel like one of the things we’re exploring in this movie is that there are some mythologies that don’t just involve ancient threats. .
“But the ancient ghost-busting team of 1984 wasn’t the first to come together to find a way to stop a supernatural threat.
“I’d love to explore other cultures, or at least as a fan, I’d love to see how other cultures create specific threats and specific ways of dealing with those threats in future titles.”
No word yet on when the next one will be Ghostbusters A sequel may be in production.
