3. “Conflict/Heroes” (expected June 2024)
Scheduled to be released in June 2024, Clash/Hero is a mobile auto-chess game where players can upgrade their heroes through battles. The game uses a play-to-play (P2K) mechanism that allows players to forge in-game items into NFTs, thereby introducing non-encrypted game players into the exciting world of web3.

- Kingdom land level: Land starts at level 1 and grows based on factors such as fertility, wealth, defense, and reputation points.
- Action points: Players earn 6 action points every 4 hours for farming and exploring the kingdom map, discovering treasures, and interacting with the Oracle.
- Earn Kingdom Points: Players can earn kingdom points through various challenges and activities such as farming, exploration, recruitment rewards, and ranking competitions.

In its original form, the Kingdom map formed a 50×50 grid with 2496 individual tiles for sale, making it the largest cohesive AI-generated game map to date.

Mechanisms and incentives
- revenue share: Sellers receive 80% (level 1-4) to 95% (level 5) of sales, while Chibi Clash vaults receive 5% (level 5) to 20% (level 1-4).
- territorial takeover: After the minting and cooling-off period, all lands will be sold at double price (0.05 ETH). Upgrading land to level 5 protects it from snipers or allows the owner to set their own price.
- secondary sales: Land can be resold on the “Chibi Clash” website or cooperative market. The land price doubles with each purchase/upgrade until level 5, where the owner can set the price themselves.
- land upgrade: Each land purchase upgrades a level, or can be upgraded by the owner, increasing its price and stats. The visual assets of the land are changed based on the GenAI engine, currently up to Tier 5.
- Buyer/Upgrade Rewards: Whenever a land is minted, purchased or upgraded, the purchaser or upgrader will receive 1000 Kingdom Points (KP) in the Play2Airdrop event.
