The titular world is made up of stunning, otherworldly landscapes, vivid human and other characters, and fascinating and strange creatures. While its world is filled with weirdness, its conflicts remain very human. The Kradd family has trouble understanding each other, and only by reaching dangerous, unexplored places can they consider the obvious. Sadly, Disney marketed the film poorly, making it one of the biggest box office bombs of all time.
