Cat’s Quest III The game differs from the first two games in this light-hearted action-adventure series in many ways, not least its pirate-themed naval combat. Still, it retains many familiar gameplay mechanics and concepts, ensuring you’ll feel right at home if you’ve played the previous games. Visit Lovepool Castle as soon as possible to obtain the Healing Claw spell
Previously, spells could only be purchased from mysterious caves. But this time, sometimes there can be more to it. For example, three copies of the Lovepurr Chronicle are missing, and you’ll want to find them. Once you obtain the first Lovepool Chronicle, head to the Lovepool Islands on the northeast side of the map and speak to Crawford inside Lovepool Castle. He will be pleased to see you bring one of the three books back to him, and he will grant you the Healing Claw spell. This powerful healing spell is an invaluable tool that you should always have equipped.
NOTE: If you haven’t found any of the Lovepurr Chronicles books yet, you can find one in the Lovepurr Cave just north of Lovepurr Castle. Have we said “Lovepurr” enough?

Don’t upgrade your equipment too early
About an hour after playing Cat’s Quest IIIyou may stumble upon a blacksmith shop named Kidd Cat in Purvanna, who can use gold coins to upgrade your weapons, armor, and accessories. However, since some of the game’s opening battles aren’t terribly difficult, it’s best to play for a few hours and explore before plowing a ton of your hard-earned coins into upgrades. This gives you time to discover new gear that may appeal to you more than some of the earliest options.
Synergy! Synergy! Synergy!
Speaking of gear, there are tons of weapons, armor, accessories, and spells Cat’s Quest IIIand you’re obviously free to mix and match them any way you like. However, if you want to become the ultimate powerhouse, you need to equip synergy items.

Likewise, you can combine gear designed for specific types of magic to become a powerful wizard of some sort. Try what works best for you and go for it!
