The long-awaited reopening of Waldorf Astoria New York has been postponed to fall again, with planners eager to peek into Landmark, the Hilton Hotels brand of Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts.
Rectene’s new location in Hudson Yards is already popular, which is scheduled to reopen in September to enjoy the city’s iconic skyline from the 24th floor.

Bellevue
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Bellevue is a historic hotel in the heart of Philadelphia, reopened in February 2025 after a total renovation. It offers 184 redesigned rooms including 39 suites. The hotel has 30,000 square feet of meeting and event space on three floors, including the Grand Bell Ballroom and several historic rooms with original architectural details. It also features a rooftop restaurant, a large wellness center, and has access to cooperative and social spaces at sports clubs.

Hudson 30 Hudson Yards opened in September 2025 and offers a panoramic skyline from the 24th floor. The venue offers 72,000 square feet of event space, with the largest room capable of holding 780 theater styles. There are seven separate event spaces available at the same time and are complemented by six smaller conference rooms. The dedicated lobby on the ground floor of the retail center provides guests with a relaxing entry experience and access to shopping and dining.
Margaritaville Resort Cod Cape
Hyennis, Massachusetts
Margaritaville Resort Cape Cod is a coastal resort in Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Opened late last year, the resort offers 276 rooms and 12,000 square feet of meeting and event space, including four meeting rooms that can be divided into seven indoor meeting spaces. On-site facilities include a 30,000-square-foot water park, three food and beverage stores, an outdoor patio and swimming pool, and a spa that will open in late 2025.
Omni Parker House
Boston, Massachusetts
The Omni Parker House in downtown Boston is underway for a complete renovation work that will be completed in the summer of 2025. The hotel offers 23,000 square feet of meeting space in 18 rooms, including a 3,513 square feet rooftop ballroom with views of the skyline. Its design blends historic charm with the modern updates of 551 rooms. Located on the Freedom Trail, the hotel offers a classic environment for meetings at the heart of the city’s historic heart.

New York, New York
Waldorf Astoria New York will soon reopen and retain its historic Art Deco features. The hotel will offer 375 spacious rooms and suites and 43,000 square feet of activity space. The largest room is the opera-style grand ballroom, with three more large rooms and eight smaller boards. Guests can enjoy a 30,000-square-foot spa, fitness center, and three new restaurants and bars.
