Julia Garner is a young dancer on the verge of fame, and disturbing circumstances begin to happen around her in the first look at Paramount+. Apartment 7A.
The upcoming film is a prequel to the 1968 horror classic rosemary’s babyset in New York City in 1965, explores what came before the infamous Bramford Building Rosemary (Mia Farrow) moves in.
According to the streamer, Garner plays Terry Gionoffrio, an ambitious young dancer who dreams of fame and fortune in New York. However, after suffering a serious injury, an older couple played by Dianne Wiest and Kevin McNally take her into their home in a luxury apartment building.
“When fellow resident and influential Broadway producer (Jim Sturgess, Travel across the universe) offers her another chance at fame and it looks like all her dreams are finally coming true,” the description reads. “However, after a night she can no longer remember, the unsettling circumstances soon make her reexamine the sacrifices she is willing to make for her career, as she realizes that something sinister doesn’t just live in 7A Apartments and also living in Bramford itself.
Mary Xiao (everything i know about love), Andrew Buchan (all the money in the world), Rosie McEwan (blue jeans) and Cobner Holdbrook-Smith (Wonka) rounds out the cast of the Paramount+ film.
