Final Fantasy 7 Remake and its follow-up Rebirth have been among the most anticipated games for fans of the original game for years, and after all this time, we’re getting closer and closer to the final version. Square Enix recently shared two hours of behind-the-scenes footage from Rebirth, featuring producer Yoshinori Kitase and director Hamaguchi, both developers who hyped the final game to a standard that may have been impossible to live up to. “When I think about the third and final game in the Remastered trilogy, I’m really excited, and I have high expectations for it,” Kitase said.
“I really hope that fans will have great expectations for this game, and we will meet those expectations. We will definitely expand and make the world of Final Fantasy 7 even wider than it is now.” The producer continued, saying in the past Feedback gained from both games will be “reflected on the third game,” which it says will be “exactly what fans are looking for.” That’s a pretty bold claim, but even if the game might be released sooner than you think, it could still be a few years away.

Hamaguchi is also working hard to hype the game, perhaps even more so than Kitase, saying: “The development team is working hard as we speak and we will make this game exceed any expectations. I absolutely believe that Final Fantasy The third game in the “7 Remastered” series will once again become one of the most popular and popular games in the entire history of video games.
Look, I love Remastered and Rebirth, but you might want to temper your expectations a little. Final Fantasy 7 is obviously an influential game, but times have changed. I hope he’s right, because I think Remastered and Reborn are more interesting than some skeptics give them credit for, but let’s settle for now. Also, no matter what, I need the current MIA Kingdom Hearts 4 to be released first.
