Ahead of the holidays, Hasbro has released three new Play-Doh sets inspired by Disney animations like Star Wars and Marvel.
Starting today, consumers can add Play-Doh sets featuring Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader, The Mandalorian and Grogu, and Sam Wilson as Captain America to their shopping carts. Each set includes multiple accessories and molds, Play-Doh compounds and flexible figures. Kids can recreate great moments between favorite characters or create new scenes with IP-based arts and crafts kits.
Play-Doh Star Wars Squish & Slice Lightsabers 4-inch Action Figure Set includes four mini Play-Doh composite cans in green, black, white, and red and blue.
Kids can use the included molds to create a Play-Doh cape for the Darth Vader figure, craft Luke Skywalker’s belt, forge a Play-Doh lightsaber, and even power up their own squishy R2D2 or stoic Stormtrooper. They can also add a detachable red lightsaber accessory for Darth Vader and use the elastic figure in their own battle scenes.

Young Star Wars fans can roll the included Speeder on the Play-Doh to create ammunition, load it into the Speeder and fire it. The vehicle also doubles as a tool set – kids can take it apart and use the pieces to cut and shape Play-Doh. The kit also includes the Mandalorian’s armor, Grogu’s breastplate, and another mold for the character to use your imagination.
In addition to the new Star Wars sets, Hasbro is expanding its line of Marvel-themed Play-Doh. The Marvel Captain America Motorcycle Slicer Toy Set features Sam Wilson as the agile Captain America figure.
Kids can attach the figure to a motorcycle (his hands are even clipped to the handlebars), roll the motorcycle on colorful Play-Doh to form stars, and then slice it. Little superheroes can also use the molds to create villains or attach the 2-in-1 wings to Captain America or vehicles to slice Play-Doh creations.
