Companies in the toy industry join forces to support children in need by making a huge contribution to the Toy Foundation (TTF). The prestigious toy program has received $1.3 million in support and funding for the Toy Awards of the Year (Toty) and donations from exhibitors in the Toy Fair.
Through the benefits of these important toy industry activities, TTF can help children around the world, including underresourced communities, receive medical treatment and be affected by disasters. To date, this toy industry initiative in scope has provided donations and support to 35 million children through Charity Solidarity.
As a major industry fundraising event for TTF, Toty Awards received $900,000 from the company on February 28. These funds are accumulated through ceremonial attendance, reward events, auction participants and financial contributions.
After the Toty Awards, the 119th Toy Fair takes place between March 1 and 4. More than 850 exhibitors showcased the hottest toys of 2025, with hundreds of companies donating toys and furniture to TTF. All proceeds will directly affect 35,000 families and be allocated to qualified nonprofit organizations, schools and children’s hospitals nationwide.
“We are proud to work on behalf of the entire toy industry and bring benefits to children around the world. Thanks to everyone who joined the Toy Awards and donated brand new toys at the end of the Toy Fair. The impact we are able to create together with your support is extraordinary,” said Pamela Mastrota, executive director of the Toy Foundation.
