Smith Entertainment has completed multiple international sales of the adventure comedy bookwormstarring Elijah Wood and Nell Fisher.
This function comes from come to daddy Director Ant Timpson tells the story of 11-year-old Mildred (Fisher), who suddenly appears when her estranged father, a decadent Las Vegas magician named Strongwise (Wood) At that time, her life took a crazy turn. Strong is left to care for Mildred while her mother is hospitalized, and the two set off in search of the mythical Black Panther of Canterbury.
Mr. Smith has deals for the film with Canada’s Photon Films; France’s Metropolis; Plaion Pictures in Germany, Italy and Switzerland; and Spain’s La Aventura, among other territories. Vertical Entertainment picked up the film in the US earlier this year. Signature Entertainment will distribute in the UK
