Sometimes a company will create a character that’s meant to depict an iconic moment in media, and usually I’ll look at those characters and be “cool” before moving on. But this $300 statue is of fan-favorite mercenary Rebecca Cyberpunk: Edgerunner japanese cartoon Makes my jaw drop as it is, as a succinct X (formerly Twitter) user Well said, “Like if you sold a statue of Old Yeller in front of a shotgun barrel.”
Dark Horse’s “Final Hours” statue depicts Rebecca’s final moments. She angrily uses her signature green-and-pink shotgun to shoot Adam Smasher, a sadistic, foul-mouthed robot who has infiltrated the world. cyberpunk Mythical and famous for being the final boss Cyberpunk 2077. The statue depicts this bastard rushing towards her from on high, anyone who sees edge runner Knowing that he was going to “smash” the Crusher, crush her in front of the entire Night City. Now, you can relive this tragic moment for $300, plus shipping and handling.
The 14-inch-tall statue will ship between May and July next year, and although it’s a strange time to collect it, it looks pretty good. Rebecca and Shatter are both very detailed, and there are lots of little details (like the bullet casings at her feet) that help tell a story that’s frozen in the moment. Thankfully, it doesn’t reveal the devastating ending, so any visitors to your home don’t need to know that you’re proudly displaying the moments leading up to the disaster.
