Read some details from the publisher:
After the investigation into the PB&J cell phone sabotage plot is temporarily stalled, Officers Hopps and Wilde receive a call that most cops would avoid like a stale donut – a city dump break-in!
Or rather, a break-in at the Zootopia Recycling Station, which the station’s managing skunk Chuck Flowers was quick to highlight when Hopps and Wilde came to review his security tapes. a little. Footage of felonious raccoons and possums hauling away bags of trash is clear enough, but what’s unclear is what kind of trash they were stealing – or why.
There’s only one way to crack this case: it’s time for a good old-fashioned surveillance!
Dynamite Disney describes the series this way:
“It’s another beautiful day in the bustling Zootopia, where every animal is free to strive to reach their full potential, and one of the most successful is Tripp Zebrando, owner of PB&J Cell Phones. Their High-tech equipment has become a must-have gadget for every citizen of Zootopia, and they are about to hold a grand promotional event to launch their latest flagship model. Everything goes wrong when the crowd brings down the whole house, ruining the event and the company! Luckily, this is the ZPD’s best case, and officers Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde arrive on the scene to keep the peace, contain the chaos, and get to the bottom of it all. As they sniff out clues and a culprit, their discoveries following this seemingly isolated incident will lead them on the trail of the biggest case since the lead deputy mayor’s ignominious fall, as seen in the iconic original film.
