The Apocalypse in The Apocalypse introduces readers to the city of Sepulcher, the last survivor of mankind and the last refuge for paranormal phenomena. Inside the reinforced walls, evil is still caring, but the city has a secret weapon: the vampire himself. Now she is a private investigator based in Menagerie, a weird person in the area who works with her werewolf partner Dagwood to protect the vulnerable. But as a large number of immigrants disappear on their way to the city, vampires are pulled into sinister plots related to her own past, a brutal war rages deep in the underworld of hell.
