Distribution of the last work of the Diaspora announced today that DSTRLY will join PRH for distribution. The deal was described as “a multi-year sales and distribution agreement” which began with June 2025.
Dstlry was launched in 2023 as an innovative bar focusing on creator-owned projects, founded by former Comixology Director David Steinberger and Chip Mosher. Dstlry took a shiny magazine-sized format for a distribution journey and joined Lunar and Diamond in 2023 before joining Diamond exclusively in July. After the diamond goes bankrupt, they will find that a new home is a big problem, because returning to the moon seems impossible.
But now, DSTRY joins the elite ranks of PRH along with Marvel, IDW, Boom and Dark Horse. Diamond Comics declared bankruptcy on January 14. As publishers scramble to find new partners, last week announced that Alliance Entertainment has won a bankruptcy auction of diamond assets. The court has not yet determined the deal and it seems the league is most interested in Diamond’s toys and CGC business.
