New York Comic Con has grown into one of the largest anime events on the East Coast, bringing fans from around the world to a one-stop location dedicated to celebrating the best and brightest anime, exciting Japanese pop culture, and Popular comics and more! Located at the Javits Center in New York City, Anime NYC has become a convenient gateway for those looking to experience Japanese culture in all its forms with every generation of anime fans. Over three days, you can experience unique exhibitions, exclusive screenings, rich panel discussions, and appearances from some of Japan’s biggest anime and manga creators. There’s also a food court to refuel and a variety of panels sponsored by some of the biggest corporate brands in the industry, including Aniplex, Crunchyroll, Netflix, and more! Something new and exciting is happening every hour of every day!


On Friday, August 23rd, Anime NYC welcomed special guests from Japan, who temporarily showcased themselves at Anime NYC in addition to lending their talents to popular Japanese works. for fans Love life! franchise, Date Sayuri (voiced by Kanon Shibuya), Peyton Naomi (voiced by Sumirena), and Akana Yabushima (voiced by Mi Mengmei) will all appear in the show! Legendary voice actor Chiwa Saito has been involved in extremely popular anime series such as Puella Magi Madoka Magica As Akeml Homura, popular long-distance running Story World famous Hitagl Senjogaahar range Destiny/Grand Order Tamamo-mae and other game series and more!


However, Friday is also a day for music and live performances, as hip-hop duo Creepy Nuts will perform their first US concert! Even on Sunday, August 25, the last day of the conference was packed with interesting and creative panel activities. Are you a fan of the popular video game Dokiki Literary Club? Well, you can join the “Creating Loveable Characters with Dan Salvatore” panel, where the game’s creator himself will detail his approach to writing characters that appeal to readers. Are you a Dungeons & Dragons fan? Then maybe you’d like to join the cast of Critical Role, one of the largest online influencers in the D&D community, discussing everything that’s going on in the upcoming campaign and more! Or do you want to know more about Japanese and American anime voice actors? There will be plenty of industry veterans who have played characters in many childhoods, such as Toshio Furukawa (Picoco from Dragon Ball) and Portgas D. Ace from One Piece! Max Mittelmann, who has become popular in recent years and is famous for his English dubbing of Saitama in “One Punch Man” and “Seven Deadly Sins”, will also be there in person! For all you Phase Connect fans, some of your favorite Phase Connect VTubers will be taking part in an exciting concert, along with special guest Mint Fantome!
