All of America’s most gullible, Facebook-obsessed uncles probably believe Kamala Harris is holding a communist rally.
Former President Trump has begun using artificial intelligence imagery to achieve this effect, apparently in an effort to keep his latest insulting nickname alive. He likes to call the vice president “Comrade Kamala,” which, frankly, sounds too cool to be an insult. Right-wingers also began calling Harris “commie-la.” The attack focused on linking Harris’ economic plans to communism.
That’s why Trump released the most blatantly artificial intelligence-generated image ever. Harris spoke from a place labeled Chicago, home to the Democratic National Committee and littered with communist flags and red propaganda.

While artificial intelligence won’t necessarily turn the world upside down as some evangelists suggest, it is already leaving its mark on the 2024 presidential election. Trump, in particular, seems inclined to do just that. Earlier this week, he “accepted” the Swifties’ support for Trump, consisting largely of AI-generated Taylor Swift fans who “supported” him. Look around the internet and you’ll see many strange pieces of artificial intelligence created by Trump fans that either celebrate their candidate or denigrate Harris.
