Yesterday, March 26th was one day. Unfortunately, I will jump to a place to go to Wondercon, so the verbose thoughts have to wait.
§Marvel Studios Let People Look at a Stack of Chairs Four hours. I couldn’t attend the chair viewing because I was busy, but the beat staff set a record for the news of beat slack, which shows who will be in Avengers’ Apocalypse. My favorites: Duke of Winston As M’Baku and Return Channing Tatum As a gambit. He gave himself a name!

§ On a more serious issue, Image Comics throws a wrench in Engineering Alliance’s acquisition of Diamond’s assets. They objected to allocating its contract with diamonds to new owners.
This is an interesting document that includes the actual contract for the image, but since this is a review I will save the details for later use. However, the terms of income seem to be like this:
(b) In addition to the right of termination as set out in Section 2.2(a) above, the image shall also have the right to terminate the agreement in a written notice of the diamond (as defined by the diamond) (as shown below) in a written notice of the diamond (as shown below), provided that the image acquires the actual knowledge of the diamond on the diamond after 90 days, the image acquires the actual knowledge of the diamond on the diamond, the image acquires the actual knowledge of the diamond on the diamond, the image acquires the actual knowledge of the diamond on the diamond, the image acquires the actual knowledge of the diamond on the diamond, the image acquires the actual knowledge of the diamond in the diamond, the image acquires the change in the diamond. As described herein, “changes of control” means (a) combining diamonds with another non-affiliated entity through any transaction or series of transactions (including, without limitation, any reorganization, merger or consolidation); or (b) the sale of all or substantial assets of diamonds, unless the shareholders of diamonds (such as shareholders of diamonds (as before such combination or sale), will immediately hold 50% of the voting rights that survive or obtained immediately after such combination or sale (in accordance with diamond custom or sale or other sale or other means of sale).
The images also try to illustrate the amount of money the diamonds owe them. Although there must be a long analysis, I will point out that no matter who purchased the diamond, the image will present this document – other publishers, suppliers and licensees may have similar opt-out terms if they rub their hands. They have it.
§ICV2 has an overview of Alliance Entertainment, more premise than my facts and finances, and it’s an interesting read.
§The Alliance Executive Chairman has some online reactions Bruce Ogilvie Comment by comics. As we know, among other things, the ending of the free comics that day leads to people’s readings on tea generally being frustrating.
§ Michael Dolce Dren Productions is another guy trying to attend a diamond auction, and his report is very interesting…and there is more information about that coffee machine.
§After Alliance’s winning bid, a knowledgeable source who worked with them on music told me that working with them: “They always pay on time, very sensitive and trustworthy.” Additionally, they are used to shipping vinyl, and the collectors of the item insist on the mint condition makes comic collectors look like bears scrolling through the pig menu. So if they end up selling comics, they will at least pack them up.
