In the seasonal realm, these recipes should be reset every three months. Season 4’s Loot Overhaul introduced tempering recipes, allowing players to pick and choose which affixes to add to their gear. The more you play, the better recipes you unlock. They’re supposed to be part of each season’s progression, but apparently something went wrong with Season 5, and players who collected them over the past few months still have access to all Legendary Tempering recipes for level 1 characters.

Global community development director Adam Fletcher commented on Twitter, confirming that this was unintentional but saying that players shouldn’t worry about it being reversed anytime soon. “We are aware of reports that new seasonal character training recipes are carried over from last season’s seasonal characters,” he said. Tweet. “That was not the original design or intention, so I don’t expect that to be the case in future seasons, but we’ll let that slide in season five.”
So if you’ve unlocked a full set of tempering recipes last season, you’re in luck. Making it to the final game of the Hell Tribe season should be a piece of cake. It remains to be seen how players will fare fairly against the new Horde Mode bosses. Had two months to master them before Diablo 4of hate ship Expansion slowed in October.
