Momota Matsuda from “Death Note”
Matsuda (voiced by Ryo Naitou in Japanese and Vincent Tong in English) is an important supporting character in the anime/manga series “Death Note”.
He is part of the police task force that L formed to capture Kira, but he is also a bit reckless, which gets him into quite a few sticky situations, much to the annoyance of the rest of his team.
Matsuda has shaggy black hair that reaches below his chin and hazel eyes. He usually wears a slate blue two-piece suit with a white button-down shirt and a dark red tie at work. It all ended with a pair of black loafers.
