Cra-Z-Art, a division of Larose Industries, bought Joker AG, creating the world’s largest manufacturer of multi-compounds. The brand of Joker AG (including the popular slime) will be added to the shelves of Softee Fourde, Cra-Z-Sand and Modelite. Cra-Z-Art has manufactured and sold Cra-Z-Slimy.
The acquisition comes after the company’s rapid expansion. Cra-Z-Art recently bought Top Secret Toys and Lexibook’s main interests. Top Secret Play produces Giga Pets, Dissect-It brand and rotating pop; Lexibook is one of the world’s largest global manufacturers of electronic and learning toys for children.
