Chihaya Mifune from “Persona 5/Royal”
Chihaya (Japanese dubbing: Miyu Matsuki) [P5]/Haruka Terui [P5A/P5R] Sarah Anne Williams is a minor character in the Persona 5 series.
She’s a fortune teller from Shinjuku whom you meet early in the game and eventually becomes part of your confidant list, and her assigned secret card is the “Wheel of Fortune.”
Chihaya has very long blond hair, a black headband on her head, and light purple-brown eyes. She wore a dark blue scoop neck blouse over a very light pink lavender spaghetti strap dress with a large black clock-like graphic pattern and trimmed with black ribbons. Black and blue opaque tights, metallic gray ballet flats with straps and a simple necklace with a red gemstone dangling from it.
