Build-A-Bear Workshop has named Kim Utlaut as its new senior vice president and chief brand officer.
In this new role, Utlaut will continue Build-A-Bear’s growth in brand and communications strategy, with a focus on strengthening and evaluating the company’s relationship with its consumer base.
Kim’s appointment demonstrates management’s focus on Build-A-Bear’s continued growth as we work to achieve accelerated profitable growth. Her deep expertise in brand strategy and marketing, along with her innovative vision and passion, are expected to provide valuable insights as we continue to build momentum for the brand. During this time, Utlaut served as General Manager, Franchise Leadership for The Coca-Cola Company. She has also worked at Sprint and Anheuser-Busch.
