The new Build-A-Bear Workshop location will open on Saturday, July 13th at the Wrigley Building. -Bear will give away free Lil Cub teddy bears to the first 50 visitors.
The new store will offer many of the classic experiences one might expect from a Build-A-Bear Workshop, from the Heart Ritual Station to a wall of clothing and accessory selections for every new friend in the store. What’s unique about this location, however, is the exclusive Chicago-themed merchandise, from the city’s sports team apparel to bears with Chicago-themed paw pads.
“At Build-A-Bear Workshop, we are committed to creating unforgettable memories for families and children of all ages through our unique, hands-on retail experiences,” said Chris Hurt, Chief Operating Officer of Build-A-Bear Workshop. “We are excited to open our studio in the Wrigley Building, a historic and vibrant tourist destination on Chicago’s Magnificent Mile, and we look forward to welcoming guests of all ages to create their own furry friends.”
