Unlock the potion refining function
After defeating Lang Ligugu, you will receive the exorcism potion recipe. Return to Xu Dog and give it to him. This will unlock the Black Myth: Wukong refining function. From this point on, you can interact with the shrine to select the “Medicine” panel, or chat with Xu Dog in various locations.
Consumable recipes must be obtained first, and can be obtained while exploring different areas or purchased from Xu Dog. The materials required for each item vary, but most are herbs, fungi, and plants. Here are some examples from the early days of the campaign:
- Exorcist Potion – Greatly increases damage reduction for a long time; requires 1x Licorice and 1x Jade Lotus.
- Fuhu Pill – Moderately increases damage over time; requires 1x Snakehead Mushroom and 1x Purple Linzhi.
- Body Cooling Powder – Instantly eliminates burns and increases resistance to burns in a short time; requires 1x Fragrant Jade Flower and 1x Jade Lotus Flower.
- Shock Absorbing Powder – Instantly relieves the vibration state and increases earthquake resistance in a short time; requires 1x Gentian Grass and 1x Jade Lotus.
- Miasma-Removing Powder – Instantly relieves the poisoning state and temporarily increases the resistance to poison; requires 1x Tree Pearl and 1x Jade Lotus.
- Warming powder – instantly eliminates the cold state and enhances cold resistance in a short time; requires 1x Fire Platycodon and 1x Jade Lotus.
- Longevity Soup – Significantly increases maximum health over the long term; requires 1x Licorice and 1x Fragrant Jade Flower.
