    Billionaire comes out to confront players over Call of Duty delays

    This happens to all of us. You are playing your favorite game. You lose miserably. You blame the developers, the cheaters, or the network. But not everyone blamed the billionaire who owns our internet service provider for challenging him to a fight, and when he actually showed up months later, we watched in shock.

    France is different. On November 15, an X user named JimmyBLLT had a photo of Everton midfielder Iliman Ndiaye because their profile picture got heated during a match call of Duty Earlier this year (via Dexerto). “Xavier Neil, I hate you, I’m offering you a 1v1 in front of the Lidl store on rue Sainte-Marseille,” he Tweet Back in May, this roughly translated to “Xavier Niel, I hate you, I propose a 1v1 match in front of Lidl on rue Sainte in Marseille.”

    It would have been, yet another lizard brain instantly vanished into the endless ether of the internet, except that Xavier Neil got wind of the insult and decided to visit said Lidl – an Aldi-like discount supermarket – —Just a few blocks from the Old Port. The telecoms tycoon is the majority shareholder of Iliad SA, one of France’s largest internet providers. He’s worth an estimated $10 billion, and he’s clearly biding his time.

    Last week, on November 15, six months after JimmyBLLT’s original tweet, Niel showed up at the Lidl restaurant on rue Sainte in Marseille. “I’m waiting for you,” he tweeted in the original post. JimmyBLLT apologizes, but it’s too late. Words have consequences, even for X. hurry up! Want to meet in the parking lot? Neil responded in a short video According to translation Dexerto.

    But Jimmy BLLT chickened out. He explained that his original tweet was the result of a tantrum due to severe lag. call of Duty match. Even so, he refused to meet the billionaire and seek justice for him because of stomach problems and headaches. “Sorry, I gave up,” he wrote. 1 French billionaire and 0 keen gamers.
