Cloudco Entertainment is partnering with mixed reality software company tagSpace to bring the Care Bears into the real world. Care Bears Mixed Reality is an immersive 3D digital entertainment experience that brings Care Bears-themed content into a real-world environment.
tagSpace uses a location-based mixed reality platform to create interactive experiences via mobile devices. The company combines digital entertainment with reality, using “space network” technology to enhance live events such as concerts, sports, travel and more.
Using the tagSpace mixed reality camera view on their smartphones, consumers can watch life-size animations of Grumpy Bear, Funshine Bear and more. Each character blends naturally with the software’s realistic lighting and shadowing capabilities. Users can create custom scenes, take photos with the Care Bears, and capture videos or images.
Through tagSpace, users can experience free and paid Care Bears experiences through the tagSpace space network mobile application. New and additional content will be rolled out monthly, with each release scheduled to be released regularly.
