The sale started earlier this week ahead of Prime Big Deal Days, and while the latter ends on October 9, the buy-two-get-one-free promotion ends on October 12 at 11:59 PM PT. We’ve put together a collection of notable novel box sets and collector’s editions for sale on Amazon. Most of the products in the list below have been marked down, so you can end up saving over 50% on many books when you join the B2G1 free offer. Illustrated version of JRR Tolkien
Thanks to the B2G1 free promotion, fans of The Lord of the Rings who don’t have the popular Tolkien illustrated edition can get all three copies for just $87. Tolkien’s Illustrated Edition of The Lord of the Rings, hobbitand Silmarillion The list price is $75, but you can now pay just $29 per book. The main reason these versions are so popular is that each was drawn by Tolkien himself. They are also beautifully designed.
