The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences announced Friday that its website is now open for submissions for consideration for the 2025 Academy Awards. The Academy is currently accepting general entries (Best Picture and other categories), animated features, animated shorts, documentaries, documentary shorts, international features, live-action shorts, original scores and original songs. Deadline for submissions is between August 15 and November 14, depending on the category submitted and the dates of its qualifying rounds.
