MKBHD’s new wallpaper app is getting its first major update after users criticized it for being overpriced and advertising-based for free accounts. On Friday, the Panels account announced on X that people using the app for free can now download high-resolution images by watching a single ad, rather than just standard-definition images.The app previously required users to pay $11.99 per month (or $49.99 per year) for a subscription to access full-resolution images.
