I’ve never read an issue of Bloodstorm, but I do remember the Dracula vs. X-Men stories, so the Bloodstorm “What If” style characters appeal to me. The character designs also lean heavily on Storm’s 80s punk look, which is another touchstone for me, and I love vampire action figures, so I’m kind of leaning towards liking this one. Today I have a fun animated short for you to watch called “The Staring Contest.” The story follows a fearless savage warrior who finds himself trapped under Medusa’s petrifying gaze. The Savage discovers that if Medusa blinks first, he can save himself, so it turns into an epic staring contest. This short video comes from YouTuber Dungeon Soup and the results are hilarious!
