The Lego Group has announced plans to train hundreds of Vietnamese factory employees in high-tech production in Jiaxing, China. Employees will learn the skills and knowledge needed to operate at the company’s new factory in southern Vietnam, which is due to open next year. LEGO employees traveling to Jiaxing will participate in on-the-job training and hands-on learning. They will be trained by employees at the Jiaxing factory and other international factories.
