Fans of Magic: The Gathering and fans of Baldur’s Gate 3 may want to check out the very good and potentially exciting Astarion cards.
Astarion is no stranger to Magic: The Gathering , having appeared on a few cards before, but Wizards just revealed (via Polygon ) a new Secret Lair set that’s available in favorites of different cards featuring your favorite vampires, complete with some beautiful art. These five cards are part of Dungeons & Dragons’ 50th anniversary celebration, with more Secret Lair sets coming soon, although those have yet to be announced. These five cards are “Suppression”, “Painful Destruction”, “Red Blood”, “Exquisite Blood”, and of course, Astarion the Decadent. To be honest, each one is more dangerous than the last, but it’s clear that every artist working on them knows exactly what they’re doing.

These cards, along with four other “Secret Lair” drops, will be available for purchase at the end of the month, August 27. That’s a lot of money) ), and if you want to get a shiny foil version of the same card, you’ll have to spend more than $39.99 a set. Those unfamiliar with Secret Lair might be shocked that Wizards of the Coast charges so much for a twelfth of a Magic deck, but what can you do, don’t buy these limited-time cards, If you miss out, will you spend more money on the second-hand market?
