The former Call of Duty and Cyberpunk 2077 developer is gearing up for a Revenant NFT series for upcoming FPS game Ashes of Man (previously known as Project Citadel).
Developed by Black Ice Studios, the game is built on the Ultra blockchain and introduces a player-driven economy where all in-game assets are owned, traded, and managed by players.
Ashes of Man offers a combination of strategy games and first-person shooters, fusing traditional game mechanics with blockchain technology.

Ashes of Man is a game set in the dystopian world of Ortus, where players build and manage their own companies in a world controlled by syndicates (corporate alliances that replace traditional governments). The game has two interconnected experiences:

- AoM: Empire: This is the strategy portion of the game, where players focus on developing technology, managing resources, and trading assets to grow their company.
- AoM: Castle: A first-person shooter with PvP and PvE elements. Items and resources created in the empire can be used in the castle, linking strategy and combat in real-time gameplay.
By blending strategy and action, Ashes of Man offers a unique experience where players’ choices in their empire influence their success in their castle.
The game will also feature a player-driven marketplace where assets such as weapons, armor, and cosmetics can be created, traded, and used in-game.

The upcoming Revenants Drop on September 23 will launch the Revenants PFP series in Magic Eden and is expected to be a key event leading up to the release of Ashes of Humanity.
