Want to know what you can expect from Apple’s big event? It’s coming soon, bringing us all the latest products from the multi-trillion dollar tech giant.
The Apple event is scheduled to kick off on September 9 under the slogan “It’s Glowtime” and is expected to unveil the next generation of several popular devices. Products expected to be released include the new iPhone 16, Apple Watch Series 10, Apple Watch Ultra 3 and Apple AirPods 4.
It wouldn’t be surprising if we get an update to Apple Intelligence, the company’s new suite of artificial intelligence capabilities, especially with artificial intelligence becoming a hot topic in the tech world.
We’ve also heard rumors about the release of iPad mini 7 and AirPods Pro 3, but these rumors are unconvincing.

We’ve heard plenty of rumors about the next generation of iPhones, with reports suggesting the iPhone 16 and 16 Plus will be the same size as their predecessors. However, the displays of the iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max will apparently increase by 0.2 inches, to 6.3 inches and 6.9 inches respectively. The next iPhone will also reportedly have smaller bezels.
Another change is reported to be the implementation of action buttons across the entire iPhone 16 series. The action button is a customizable shortcut button on the side of the phone that previously only appeared on Apple’s high-end iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max. According to reports, the camera-centric shooting button of the iPhone 15 series will also appear in the iPhone 16 series.
There’s also some talk of the iPhone 16 Pro having solid buttons that provide tactile feedback rather than physical movement. It’s unclear if the action button will be a solid-state button like this, but it wouldn’t be surprising.
Rumors about the iPhone 16 camera are also circulating. Leaks suggest the iPhone 16 series will have a stacked rear camera design, which should improve its performance. Apple may also address lens flare and ghosting issues by applying anti-reflective coatings to camera lenses.
The iPhone 16 Pro series will apparently feature a 5x telephoto zoom feature, which was previously only available on the 15 Pro Max, while the resolution of its ultra-wide-angle camera will reportedly be significantly increased from 12MP on the 15 Pro to 48MP.
The leak further suggests that the 16 Pro series will offer up to 2TB of storage, giving you plenty of space to save 48MP photos. It may also come in a bronze gold color option called Desert Titanium.

Apple Watch Series 10
Apple is also expected to release a new Apple Watch series. Rumors from multiple sources suggest that the Apple Watch Series 10 will increase the screen size, launching in 45mm and 49mm versions, making it larger and comparable to the Apple Watch Ultra 2.

The Apple Watch 10 is also likely to be thinner than its predecessor. BurundiMark Gurman reports that Apple is working to make its devices slimmer, and the iPad Pro launched in May is just the first of many slim products.
While we don’t expect iPhones to be affected until next year, Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo says the Watch 10 will feature a thinner form factor.
We may also see a new magnetic system for attaching Apple Watch straps, though Gurman noted that it’s unclear if it will be ready for the Series 10 or appear in the next generation.
Apple Watch Ultra 3
The Apple Watch Ultra 3 may be released, but it is not expected to have major design changes and will still maintain the same appearance of 2022.

There are rumors that it might offer more case color options, as well as a new chip for use with the Series 10, but other than that, the next-generation Apple Watch Ultra doesn’t seem to get many upgrades.
According to reports, Apple has been working on introducing new health tools to Watch and Watch Ultra, including blood pressure monitors, sleep apnea sensors, and blood glucose monitors. However, rumors suggest that Apple is facing some issues with these sensors providing accurate readings. Therefore, there is a lot of uncertainty about whether the next-generation Apple Watch will come with new health tools.
Apple AirPods 4
The fourth-generation Apple AirPods are also expected to be available in September. Apple may replace AirPods 3 and 2 with new mid-range and entry-level AirPods 4 this September.

Both new AirPods will have an updated design, possible new colors, and a switch to USB-C charging. Apple’s mid-range AirPods 4 will also reportedly feature active noise cancellation, a feature the tech giant previously only offered on the AirPods Pro.
Apple AirPods Pro 3
According to new rumors, the next generation of AirPods Pro is “coming soon.”

Leaker @Kosutami_Ito on X claims that AirPods Pro are expected to come with improved active noise cancellation. We’re not sure when the AirPods Pro 3 will debut, but Apple’s September 9 event could be its reveal date.
However, we’re a little skeptical about this rumor because Burundi Reports indicate that an update to AirPods Pro is unlikely to happen before 2024.
iPad mini 7
Gurman claimed that in addition to iPhone, Apple Watch and AirPods, Apple may also plan to release iPad mini 7 later this year.

How does he calculate it? Well, in a new tweet, the Apple analyst said the following:
“I understand that many Apple stores have low inventory on several configurations of the iPad mini, and the device is considered ‘restricted’ within Apple.” Can This is a sign that a new one is coming.
Gurman went on to say that this could indicate a new iPad mini 7 will launch in 2024. After all, it hasn’t been updated since 2021. However, it’s unclear whether it will be revealed at Apple’s September 2024 event.
