Bugs Armageddon: Anniversary Edition has been rated by the Taiwan Ratings Board, as discovered by the fine folks at Gematsu.
Worms: Armageddon was released in 1999, so the Anniversary Edition will commemorate its 25th anniversary. It is generally considered the best game in the long-running series. I know it was my favorite because I played it almost religiously at the time.
This new version is listed as coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Switch.
The rating comes with the game’s official synopsis: “Those brave animatronics are back with a vengeance in the beloved Worm Armageddon: Anniversary Edition. It’s a whole new can of worms! Play on your own or with everyone Enjoy this hilarious fun with friends.
There’s a 40-minute Nintendo Direct taking place today that will focus on 3rd party games, so there’s a good chance new versions of the classic Worms game will be released there.
