Marvel Comics announced a brand new Emma Frost comic that will begin in June this year, known as Emma Frost: The White Queen. Written Amy Chu, With art Andrea di Vitothis five-time limited edition series will bring Emma back to her time as the white queen of Hellfire Club, a comic that looks at her early appearance.
“If I’ve always wanted to write a character Ivy: The cycle of life and death, This is Emma Frost, especially the bad Emma Frost,” Chu said. “It will be a brand new story with the classic days Emma joining the X-Men. We are all over the world, revealing the inner workings of Hellfire Club in ways you’ve never seen before and introducing some new bad guys. I can’t believe the miracle made me do this, it’s so exciting! ”
“I can’t think of a character worthy of her more than Emma Frost,” Di Vito added. “Her complexity alone is fuel for the infinite story, it’s about her white queen in her original form, and it’s her first step towards real power. It’s an honor to illustrate these events, and it doesn’t have more Emma than this!”
The comic will feature a storyline, where Emma tries to find hidden moles in the tissue. It will also feature David Nakayama’s breathtaking cover. You can read more in the official press release below.
