Treehouse of Horror has been a long-standing tradition in The Simpsons’ long history, but some of the best horror-comedy stories have starred Springfield’s favorite family No Saw it on TV. The Simpsons comic books do a great job of capturing the nightmarish energy of these special episodes, and you can read them for yourself in these discounted comprehensive editions. Amazon is discounting these hefty hardcover collections of stories, knocking the price of these “Ominous Omnibus” editions down by a perfect amount.
The discount on volume three isn’t that big since it was published in August, just in time for horror season. Each hardcover comprehensive manual has over 400 pages, so you’ll get one a lot of There’s a ton of reading material here, with many of the stories written by some of the best minds in comics like Sergio Aragones, Michael Allred, and Kyle Kyle Baker.

If you are a big fan of the Treehouse of Horror series, another collectible that you must get is this Treehouse of Horror replica Killer Krusty Doll. The doll first appeared in Treehouse of Horror 3, and you may remember that it tried to murder Homer multiple times, but was eventually repaired. This replica looks just like the original Homicide collectible and even comes with a drawstring if you want to hear him talk. A word of warning: the doll is set to “evil,” so you’ll need to flip the switch back to “good” before inserting the batteries.

Going back to The Simpsons comic books, there are also several “Colossal Compendiums” available for $13-$15 each. These usually sell for $19 each, so that’s a small discount, but if you buy in bulk, the discount increases. The cool thing about these deals is that they come with paper models of several of Springfield’s most iconic locations, allowing you to build a cool diorama of the city out of each graphic novel you collect.
Once you’ve acquired the full set, you can even stomp on them after successfully revealing your plan to stop your oldest enemy – the sun – from providing free solar power to the city, thereby forcing the town to use nuclear power.
